We moved in last December and we have been loving it ever since. We have a beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the trees. The management team is friendly and responsive. The maintenance team is also top tier. They are kind and answer requests quickly. It’s a great location as well!

My time here at The Vinings at Laurel Creek has been great! I enjoy my spacious 1 bedroom apartment, the quick responses to maintenance request.

I've only just moved in, but I really like it here so far! The home itself is nice, the neighbors are friendly, management is very kind and respectful, property itself is very clean and well maintained, and the one maintenance issue we had was fixed by the following morning. I think I'm going to really enjoy calling this place "home".

My wife and I are super seniors who moved into our Vinings apartment almost three years ago after selling a big home that just became difficult for us to take care of. Vinings was the only complex we could find that offered the floor plan and space that met our needs. Living at Vinings has worked well for us. We’ve enjoyed good neighbors. Jessica (manager) and Tina do a lot to make Vinings a friendly, comfortable, and safe place to live. Our maintenance needs are well taken care of by Frank and Dallas. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to our needs. We appreciate the Vinings team for making this a great place to live.

Love these apartments ! Everyone is very friendly ! Frank the maintenance guy and his crew are phenomenal! He will come fix your problem in 5 seconds literally! Great team great scenery, pool area they even have a dog spa ! Multiple dog parks ! I would recommend ! Very quiet
