So far it has been good and no issues as I am a new resident and looking forward to a new community of people and friends. The office staff has been great and answering all of my questions as they arise.

I've lived here two years now and have been very happy here. The community is well taken care of and has a warm neighborhood feel. I love the space in my apartment, plenty of storage too. The fact that it's a pet friendly community makes it that much better. I'll be renewing my lease for sure, it's a great place to live.

We love it here! It feels vibrant, cozy, and definitely a place you want to call home after a long work day. It is conveniently located in the Greenville-Mauldin area, and so far it has not taken us more than 15 minutes to go anywhere we may desire (airport, downtown, grocery stores...)

Love this place, maintenance is the best and office staff are overachievers. Lots of amenities and a great dog park and car wash. Pool is so much fun during the summer too!

They were very professional and helpful in explaining what to do, what would be needed and what to expect after completing our Corporate lease application and electronic signing was a breeze.
